Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms apply when you book a class or a course, or buy a class pass or a gift card, on bizcocho.art. By booking or buying, you accept them. Who we are is in the Legal notice.

Your account

To book or buy a class pass you need an account, with your email or with Google. Keep your details up to date and don't share your password: whatever is done from your account is your responsibility.

Bookings

  • Class: you book one session on a set date and time.
  • Course: you book the whole course, with all its sessions.
  • You can book for several people. Whoever books makes sure the others know these terms.
  • While you pay, your place is held for 30 minutes. If payment isn't completed in that time, the place is released.
  • Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in euros, VAT included, and per person.
  • Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • You can pay all or part with a gift card, apply a promo code, or use your class pass. Only one code per booking, and a code can't be combined with a class pass.
  • If you need an invoice, ask us at hola@bizcocho.art.

Changes and cancellations for classes

  • More than 48 hours ahead: write to us and we'll move your place to another date, no problem.
  • Less than 48 hours ahead, or if you don't come: the place counts as used. No changes or refunds.
  • Can't make it? You can pass your place on to a friend or family member.
  • Bookings with a class pass: more than 48 hours ahead, the session goes back on your pass. Less than 48 hours ahead, or if you don't come, the session counts as used. The place can be passed on too.
  • For changes and cancellations, write to hola@bizcocho.art or on WhatsApp at +34 623 045 835.

Courses

A course is booked whole, with all its sessions. If you need to change or cancel your place on a course, write to us and we'll work it out with you.

Class passes

  • A class pass includes a number of sessions and is valid for the number of months shown when you buy it, counted from payment.
  • Each session on the pass is a place in one of the classes you can book with a pass; you'll see it on each class's page.
  • The pass is personal: it can only be used from the account that bought it.
  • Sessions you haven't used when it expires don't carry over and aren't refunded. If the date is getting close and you still have sessions, write to us before it expires and we'll find a solution.

Gift cards

  • Valid for 12 months from purchase, for any class, workshop or course.
  • They cover all or part of the price. If the class costs less, the balance left stays on the card for another booking within those 12 months; if it costs more, you pay the difference when you book.
  • Anyone who has the code can use it: keep it safe, like cash.
  • Not exchangeable for cash.
  • If you cancel a booking paid with a gift card, the balance used doesn't go back on the card.
  • If you lose the email with your gift card, write to us and we'll send it again.

Promo codes

Each code has its own conditions (discount, the classes it's valid for, expiry date and number of uses), which we show when you apply it. They can't be exchanged for cash.

Partner classes

Some classes, marked «Colaboración» (partner class), are booked and paid on the website of the studio we're working with. That booking is governed by their terms, not these.

Right of withdrawal

Bookings for classes and courses on a specific date carry no right of withdrawal: they are leisure services for a set date (art. 103.l of Spain's consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).

At the studio

  • Each class's page says what's included (materials, firing), the minimum age and when your piece will be ready.
  • In classes for children, every participant, adult or child, needs their own place. If the class says so, children come with an adult.
  • Pieces that need firing are collected at the studio when they're ready. If you can't come for them, ask us about sending them to your home.

Complaints and governing law

If something didn't go well, write to us at hola@bizcocho.art and we'll sort it out. Complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are also available at the studio. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live.
