How does the pass work?

You make a single payment and 4 sessions are instantly added to your account — no codes or cards to keep track of. When booking a class marked with the “Pass” icon, just toggle the “Use my pass” switch to confirm your spot. One session will be deducted automatically, and you can track your upcoming bookings and remaining balance anytime in your profile.

Which classes can I use it for?

You can use it for all regular scheduled classes marked with the “Pass” icon. Special workshops, intensive courses, and private events are excluded.

How long do I have to use it?

It is valid for 3 months starting from the purchase date. You can check your exact expiration date and your remaining session balance at any time under the “My Account” section.

Does each spot cost one session?

Yes. Regardless of the standard class price, each spot you book deducts exactly one session from your pass.

Can I invite someone using my pass?

Yes, you can share your sessions with guests. If you book spots for yourself and a friend for the same class, two sessions will be deducted from your pass balance automatically.

Can I share or gift my pass?

The pass is tied exclusively to your personal account, though you can use your session balance to book spots for guests attending with you. If you would like to buy a pass for someone else to use on their own account, we recommend our Gift Certificates option, which is sent as a personalized PDF in the recipient’s name.

What happens if I cancel a class?

If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, the session is automatically returned to your pass balance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will be counted as used.

What happens if I don’t use all my sessions?

Accepted Answer

Sessions do not roll over or get refunded after the 3-month validity period. Buying a new pass starts a fresh period. If your expiration date is approaching and you still have sessions left, reach out before it expires and we’ll gladly help you find a solution.
